As a Senior Consultant I have been involved in Management and Digital Transformation Projects in different levels of the public sector in Brazil, such as Federal and State Governments. Main responsabilities:Solutions Building, Project Strategy and Agile Delivery • Engage stakeholders on project strategy development and throughout project planning and execution; • Lead multidisciplinary groups (usually 3-5 people) in the process of defining project scope and critical aspects such as value proposition, processes, interface systems, stakeholders, resources available and key indicators; • Conduct workshops with the intent of developing functional specifications by mapping and gathering requirements; • Manage backlog and sprint planning, working with development team to design, build, and test solutions;Client Relationship and Account Management: • Build and manage relationships with clients, understanding their key business objectives, goals and challenges; • Influence C-level stakeholders and understand their vision, strategy and expectations; • Frame new projects financial proposals following contract rules; • Control account operations (service orders, formal deliverables, billing and contractual balance).Successfully Delivered Projects:• Led the development of a Customer Service and Relationship Platform for a State Secretariat of Finance, using open-source applications, cloud infrastructure and agile management, enabling the digital transformation of more than 100 services;• Drove the concept development of a Current Account System for a State Secretariat of Finance, using Lean Inception and Design Thinking, validated through MVPs;• Used a BPMS platform to perform the digital transformation of a service for the Federal Government released on their Gov.br website;• Led the development and implementation of proposals to improve the user interface (UI) and experience (UX) of the service portal of a State Secretariat of Finance.

Team member of Restraints Systems Department at Ford Motor Company, responsible for product development and lauching of Safety Features. Besides, I worked as a Team Leader on major projects developed by Ford Brazil. Main Responsabilities:System and Component Engineering:• Developed and launched airbags according to Ford’s internal guidelines and the legal requirements of different markets where these products are used (US, Europe, South America, China and India).• Worked alongside other engineers to ensure system robustness of the products developed. • Planned and executed design verification and production validation tests, managing changes required as a result, when it occured.Project/Program Management:• Managed timing, cost and quality requirements of airbags to ensure targets were met.• Controlled an engineering development budget of US$1.6m and a material resources budget for testing of US$1.1m. Leadership:• Led technical feasibility studies and procurement of safety equipment with key stakeholders, such as Ford Finance and Purchasing departments and suppliers.• Coordinated from Brazil the development of products. Engineers, program managers and designers from the supplier were part of the team, which was spread in the US, Germany and China.• Focal point of a team w/ three Ford engineers, developing and launching airbags, seat belts and steering wheels;Communication:• Prepared and delivered technical, commercial and financial presentations and written assessment reports.• Conducted frequent alignment meetings with Ford Finance and Purchasing departments and suppliers.Successes:• Implemented the first Ejection Mitigation Curtain Airbag and Rear Side Airbag in a vehicle developed by Ford Brazil for the United States market;• Assigned as leader during the prototype and design verification phase in Dearborn, MI, USA for five months in 2016 (August – December); • Recognized for Leadership, Commitment and resolution of major technical issue;
