I have taken on a leadership role in developing the Allminds product from the ground up. My focus has been designing the product, managing the Technology and Marketing teams, as well as participating in decision-making for the company's strategic planning across all areas. Involved in several departments but mainly in projects department. Responsible for Citi Retrofit AV project at Citibank Brazil main office, main responsabilities on this project were:• Implement any changes on the original documentation based on client need• Elaborate technical drawings for new AV systems that were not in the original project• Elaborate reports on project status• Elaborate post-installation documentation for finished environments• Assess client new needs and design new environments• Management of equipment inventoryOther than the Citibank project I took part in several other projects both in the pre-sale and after-sale stages. Responsabilities were same as the above as well as:• Assess client needs and creating the AV project to suit client needs• Site surveys• Kickoff meetings• Meetings with stakeholders and clientsOther than my role in the Projects department I also was took part in the data, programming and pre-salesdepartments. Responsabilities in those were:• Code Crestron systems• Create Power-Bi dashboards for projects and company indicators (Ex: Company's Efficiency Analysis dashboard)• Inventory of new equipment• Elaborate Pre-sale projects and quotes• Manual of operations for installed AV Systems
