The project was made viable by a partnership between private companies and government, on an effort to have everything done on the first semester of 2016.I work at the Financial sector of the construction site, keeping track of accounting and treasury with the objective of classifying the expenses accordingly and making sure that there are resources for the settlement of every contract or every expense we are obliged to. This means paying attention to several details including market, environment, changes in laws, politics, etc. Sales will begin before the olympics to anyone who's interested and there will be a retrofit after the Olympics end, but before the keys are delivered to their owners.
