Experience in admission of employees and training of technical staff;• International business experience with technical staff, commercial partner and customers to align project requirements, follow up integration of customized software and troubleshooting alongside customers;• Knowledge of project management best practices of PMBoK guide by PMI;• Fluency in English and Portuguese (native language);• Experience in elicitation and analysis of requirements; architecture, design, and implementation of software solutions for industrial automation control, routing and geolocation systems; support and maintenance of legacy systems;• Knowledge of agile iterative and incremental methodologies, use and test cases, and UML, system architecture and design, programming languages, and database management systems;• Experience in manufacturing and logistics systems and processes.
