Assigned to the "Quality & Customer Satisfaction" department of the Stellantis plant in Poissy, my mission was to design an Excel application to automatically generate vehicle pickup schedules (for their audit). To carry out this mission, I went through differents steps :I started from the needs study in order to develop the application, then I wrote the user notices in French and English and I finished my internship by training users and putting the application into production.
