Customer Care in Africa and Middle East Area - Account executive- Answer to customer issues and requests,- Fix problems on the Astellia solution at different levels :- Telecom : UMTS-GSM-GPRS-CORE PS- Network : Hardware and software maintenance of customer servers- Follow all customers requests, define priority, deliver patchs and new softwares according toSLA aggrements,- Prepare and manage action plan,- Check the efficacity of patch and delivery,- Visit and maintenance operation on site,- Follow networks modification with the customer and be sure that clients take benefits fromAstellia solution,- Level 3 support on the Core PS interface. Help customer to understand issues with his network,give advice to improve Network quality.
