Originally supported by distributors and resellers (B2B2C), we decided to directly target key end-users (B2C) such as major food caterings and main restaurant groups to sell a set of innovative green services for the maintenance of grease and hydrocarbon traps, pipes and lift station. From a manufacturer we then became a maintenance & services provider using our own products with the view to fully integrate the value channel. By 2016, we were managing more than 150 standalone units for the treatment grease traps for leading hotels and restaurant brands.In 2017, we signed major deals with key leaders of the catering business in France. In the same time, we sold, built and maintained our own lift stations.Internally we completed to digitalize our business flow with the implementation of CRM, and mobile solutions to better track our technicians’ forces and capture the daily follow-up of our contracts.By the end of 2018, our services branch made 80% of our turnover through more than 250 standalone units for major groups. We were dealing with more than 15,000 callouts on a yearly basis across the entire country. 70% of the business were done from recurring revenues realizing 10% net profits with 9 % WCR (Working Capital Requirement) at a 15% growth rate.
