Career developed in the automotive and electromechanical sector with 25 years of experience in Supply Chain and Manufacturing, 10 years working in leadership positions in the areas of logistics and production.I worked at Westinghouse, Volkswagen, Joyson and Leoni in the areas of Engineering (Processes and Maintenance), Manufacturing (vehicle line management, quality and multifunctional teams) and Supply Chain (inbound, outbound, Procurement, Comex and PCP). In addition to the work in Brazil, I was expatriated by Westinghouse in the USA for the development and application of quality and productivity work, at Volks the coordination in China of the team in the implementation of the CKD project and by Leoni manager of the supply chain in Paraguay as a supplier of auto parts exporting to Argentina and Brazil.Performance focused on serving customers in a sustainable way, developing teams to achieve high performance, establishing a database for strategic planning and focus on Lean processes aiming at opportunities for cost reductions and quality increase, combined with a safe process with following the proper procedures and maintaining certifications.Main projects accomplished:• Implementation of CKD project in Shanghai with training and certification of the local team;• Elaboration and implementation of a new factory layout to improve the flow of materials, tooling and products with gains in man power and reduction of handling costs;• Negotiation with carriers and logistics providers;• Increased the delivery of aftermarket componentes to customers from 60 to 90% in the scorecard;• Transfer and start-up of a new manufacturing unit with 3500m2;• Development of layout and approval for building expansion according to forecast in Sales planning, avoiding costs in third parties, overtime and making investments in CAPEX.Contact :Mail : ahoffmann342@gmail.commobile : +55 12 98122-5462
