Duties & Responsibilities:➢ Revamping and upgrading an oil production and gas gathering facility offshore;➢ Decommissioning and scrapping of 275 Tons of piping / vessels;➢ New process installation, including scaffolding activities, E&I, lifting of closed drain, surge tank, 2 separators, heat exchangers, transfer pumps and all related piping work; ➢ Preparing gas shut down onshore;➢ Monitoring of the execution team.

February 2010 to February 2012: Hook-up HSE Manager on Kizomba ‘A’ F.P.S.O. for PONTICELLI group (SATELLITES project, C2 topside modifications). Client: EXXONMOBIL.-Trainer onshore from February to May 2010, for the pre-mobilisation training process-I.E.C.S. (Integrated Escape Chute System) certified trainer-In charge of 5 HSE officers / firewatchers during the peak of activity (140 POB) -Provided the orientation course to all new comers + additional trainings-Ensured HSE Reporting follow-up (HID cards, leading/ trailing indicators)-Weekly meetings, Daily meetings and related TBM preparation -In charge of PPE + Safety material store (including water supply at work locations)-Organized transfer by surfer (on a daily basis and after unexpected disconnection between the Accommodation Vessel and the FPSO) -MCCP follow-up.April 2008 to January 2010: Project HSE Manager for PONTICELLI group (GAS GATHERING project, C2 topside modifications). Client: EXXONMOBIL.-HSE Plan preparation from April to August 2008 in Ponticelli’s office-Offshore phase kick-off in September 2008 (on KIZOMBA ‘A’ & ‘B’ FPSO, block 15)-Chairing TBT & TBM + Weekly meetings-Implemented HSE plan, monitored compliance level throughout the project duration-HSE reporting and follow-up ensured on a daily basis.

Duties & Responsibilities:➢ Monitoring company rules and procedures related to personal safety and environment on all EXXON chartered vessel; ➢ Managing SONASURF system (ISM and ISO compliance);➢ Organizing EXXON OIMS and marine operations logistics; ➢ Assisting Shipmaster regarding any HSE and relevant standards;➢ Verifying any operations are aware of Company and Customer safety procedures;➢ Checking documentation on board;➢ Sharing safety information between Vessels / EXXON logistic / Company;➢ Leading safety feedback to Customer and Company;➢ Detecting and preventing any unsafe action during walkthrough on board vessels;➢ Treating, following-up, and relaying all hazards; ➢ Checking compliance with Company and Customers rules;➢ Leading and taking part in investigation team after any accident or significant near miss;➢ Proposing improvement action after root cause analysis;➢ Organizing HSE meetings and trainings.

Duties & Responsibilities:➢ Ensuring Company and Client HSE rules (QSMS compliance);➢ Assisting Offshore Installation Manager for any kind of safety questions;➢ Organizing rig inspection, hazard hunt;➢ Conducting all safety meeting and training (diary, weekly and monthly);➢ Preparing of weekly hazard hunt topic (falling object, housekeeping);➢ Checking safety equipment follow-up matrix;➢ Checking training certification for all crew.
