As a Production Coordinator in the furniture industry, I oversee the entire production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products. I was responsible for the implementation of new park of CNC machines in the workflow in order to optimize the supply chain. I also analyze production processes and methods to identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives with research and négociation with new subcontractor to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Additionally, I contribute to the design and development of new products.
