Concerned about the environmental issues we have to face, it was in 2007 that he set up Infomaniak's environmental commitments and in 2013 that he became involved in the field of energy management. His work in highlighting the energy performance actions that Infomaniak has undertaken enabled the company to win the "Cantonal Sustainable Development Award" in 2015 following the construction of the most ecological datacenter in Switzerland. It also enabled the company to commit to a continuous improvement process by implementing an energy and environmental management system certified by the ISO50001 and ISO14001 standards in 2014 and to keep this system alive and evolving, allowing a significant increase in Infomaniak's energy and environmental performance.As a result, the company was awarded the "Trophies for Energy Transition" by SIG for an increased energy efficiency of 20% in 2017, 1GWh of savings in 2018 and 14.7% of increased energy efficiency in 2019.
