Onescope is a Swiss-based company (HUG spin-off) that decentralizes the diagnosis and risk stratification of respiratory diseases with a revolutionary pocket-sized medical device powered by artificial intelligence.

In collaboration with École Polytechnique Fédéral de Lausanne (EPFL), the engineering school of Geneva (HEPIA) and the NGO Terre des hommes (Tdh), I was responsible of the development of an unsupervised digital stethoscope with an interdisciplinary team of doctors, engineers and data scientists. The aim is to develop a low-cost device powered by Artificial Intelligence to help diagnose respiratory diseases such as pneumonia, asthma, COPD or COVID-19. After 3 years of R&D, a company called Onescope (a spin-off of HUG) has been created to market the technology, and I have the role of CTO in this company.

During the last year of my Master degree, I worked part time for a medtech start-up from EPFL called SteriLux. They developed a low energy consumption sterilizer for low-and-middle income countries.My role as a Business Developer was to find new market opportunities and develop a new line of product.

During my engineering studies I created a start-up with two classmates in the field of 3D printing. The business model was the production of personalized 3D printers combined with a rapid prototyping service. After 2 years, we sold the company to French entrepreneur.The main functions I occupied were the following one's : - Communication- Fundraising- Business strategy- Sales management- Product promotion- Public relation- R&D (Software)
