STEM English has been full of many uniquely rewarding challenges and experiences, which has allowed me to gain invaluable business experience. I currently fulfill the roles of General Manager, HR, Sales, Marketing, Admin, Teaching.As a teacher I have achieved over 90% pass rate in exams approximately within a 3 month period, and have taught all ages and types of classes, including Military. STEM English's strategies have been pioneered from the ground up to meet real world time challenges and specifically address student's individual difficulties. At STEM English we are more like language coaches rather than teachers. As a manager I have implemented over 11 HR & Marketing systems to effectively manage and grow the business. My work includes: re-organising and structuring the company server, creating a proven intensive exam training programme, mindset and motivation workshops, implementing digitally integrated lesson plan, attendance, and exam results tracking, conversation class rules, a trackable prospecting system, testimonial & review marketing, joint venture marketing. STEM English is currently the fastest growing English Academy in the City, having opened 3 Academies in 4 years.In the area of Sales & Marketing, I created and implemented a full sales & marketing life cycle of a teacher training product called TEFL, in which applicants wishing to become a teacher can take our course in order to do so. I designed and created the advertising, including the website and brochure, answer the calls and emails, book an appointment, and close the deal.Over two years of single-handedly running this department for STEM English alone has resulted in over £35,000 in gross revenue and a 20% close ratio, from limited to no advertising. In conclusion, my approach to managing STEM English is inline with my general ethos of: producing measurable results, with repeatable and well defined actions, in order to systematically grow with a winning strategy.
