In this capacity, I worked as senior specialist in the reform of the gas sector in Brazil. Under the unbundling process of the entire value chain of the natural gas sector in Brazil, I directly worked with the privatization of the state-level distribution companies. Results:- Worked with the team that led the successful privatization of Sulgas, the Gas Distribution Company of RS State, a deal of BRL 927 milion, an investment by the acquirer company, Cosan Group, that won the pubclic auction held at B3 stock-market headquarters in São Paulo in October 2021- Coordinated multiple stakeholders in the development of the new regulatory framework of the Gas Distribution Sector in the Mato Grosso do Sul State- Led the Phase 1 of the privatization project of ESGas, the Gas Distribution Company of Espirito Santo State. This included the coordination of both advisory firms and clients in the development of the following products - Due Diligences (legal, accounting, financial and operational) - Business Plan - Economic & financial modeling (valuation) - Privatization modelingOther duties across most projects included- Provided technical advisory to state-level governments on structuring, implementing, monitoring and evaluating of privatization of distribution companies under the federal government's Investment Partnerships Program (PPI)- Directly worked on market reform, including designing new legal and regulatory framework at the distribution level of natural gas sector in Brazil- Directly worked on the designing of new concession agreements, including the related financial and economic modeling on tariffs that yield cost of equity of shareholders- Carried out economic analysis of companies, valuation, as well as structuring of related concession, PPPs and fully privatization projects- Elaborated Terms of References (ToR) for hiring of advisory companies, as well as participation in the selection process of advisory companies

As Senior Analyst for the Policy and Regulation practice at K&M Advisors, I developed complex financial models using advanced excel and VBA techniques; carried out economic and financial analyses (e.g. ex-ante and ex-post impact evaluation analysis, cost-benefit analysis, return on investments, sensitivity analysis, LCOE, demand and tariffs calculations) to provide financial and policy advisory for clients on energy sectors in LAC - Also performed topical research on energy and infrastructure sectors. Directly worked on three assignments:1) Financial advisory to the IDB for the development of low and high enthalpy geothermal projects in Colombia: Developed the financial model for a portfolio of six potential geothermal projects in Colombia totaling 210MW of installed capacity2) Financial advisory to the Govt. of St. Lucia on a 30 MW geothermal project: Carried out a due diligence of two financial models used in previous negotiations with a potential developer. Also developed a new financial model to calculate the value of a geothermal project in St. Lucia3) Backstopping-appraisal-review-support to the Caribbean Development Bank on a 10MW geothermal power plant in St. Kitts and Nevis: Performed a due diligence of the financial model and the business model presented by a potential developer that applied for a loan with CDB

• Worked as focal point of, and provided banking advisory for Brazilian companies interested in doing business in Africa and vice-versa on Export Operations, Forward Direct Investment, Technical Cooperation, Development Programs and Projects• Performed banking advisory to expand the Bank’s presence in SSA and MENA with the ultimate goal of increasing Brazilian exports business operations. E.g. opening up credit limits of BNDES’ Export Credit lines with SSA, MENA and regional African banks. • Worked at the Bank’s research team on international affairs, acting as expert analyst both in Internationalization of Firms (Strategy, Exports and FDI operations), BRICS and the African Continent• Collected, monitored and assessed primary and public data on both SSA and MENA regarding political, macroeconomic, social, regulation, trade, FDI, and sector developments from multiple sources (e.g. WB, IMF, UNCTAD, WHO, WEF, IIF, Economist Intelligence Unit)• Researched and published internally over 30 periodic economic, policy and business research reports, as well as on-demand background materials and presentations for key events, meetings and conference calls• Coordinated the entire work stream on the technical cooperation on the Feasibility Study on the Production of Biofuels in the West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU), a US$ 2 million program that had Brazilian government as donor and the WAEMU nations as recipientsThe program was concluded on schedule and within budget: In particular, this program required coordination of multiple stakeholders, including multilevel government officials from different Ministries in Brazil and WAEMU countries, the consortium in charge of the research, and internal units of the Banko Co-presented the Results and Policy Recommendations at the 2015 Bioenergy Policy Summit of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) in Senegalo Led the revision process of all research documents prepared by the consortium in charge of the study (see the final documents on the link below)

Worked with HR Business Partners team as focal point of HR macroprocesses for internal clients, and co-led/participated in multiple HR project teams: Examples / Results • Co-implemented the Balanced Scorecard in the HR Division (120 employees), as part of the 2009-2014 Corporate Strategy process: This included translating the Corporate Strategy in actable (SMART) HR indicators, designing the M&E framework, communicating, piloting, implementing, and rolling-out• Acted as the analyst in charge of the Bank's Graduation Program under the broader training practice. In two years, managed a budget of nearly $ 2 million, totaling more than 150 employees graduated from multiple top-tier universities in Brazil and abroad
