I am the general manager, responsible for the introduction of Lean Manufacturing at Saguenay Foundry. Every day, continuous improvement challenges arrive on my team’s desk. Rigor, team work and commitment help us reach our production goals for high quality iron castings. I started at the foundry doing quality management, all the way back in 2010. After that, I’ve been in sales, then in production management. During that period, I became a part owner and a member of the board. I also completed my MBA, helping me reach a deeper understanding of our business as well as a clear vision for its future. My skills and abilities are put through the test every day to contribute to the improvement of the foundry and my team. On a personal level, ever since my journey started at the foundry, I’ve learned every day and I have met exceptional people.
