Success development and implementation of a new Flexible Multi-Spindle tool (Atlas Copco) to assembly four or five bolts/nuts for the Tire & Wheel Assembly to avoid overhead line expansion and custom design solution for half shaft tightening with the same tooling for different concepts of design.Design review, development and commissioning the complete new Engine & Transmission Dress up Assembly Line with 15 work stations to accommodate new design and current model. That included a new Engine tool tray, Special Tooling, special grease applicator and Lift Assists for Engine and Transmission.
