Engineer responsible for Chassis Overhead Line and Final Line (Flat top) areas to implement the new global small car generation at Gravatai Plant.Planned and commissioned the new Fuel filling machine, new Transmission filling equipment, two new Break and Air Conditioning Combined filling machines, add a new module to verify the Coolant system at brake verification machine (APD) and also rework the combined Windshield and Coolant filling machines considering 53 seconds of cycle time (68Jobs/Hour) and cost of EUR$1.516.500,00 and local service of US$ 558.311,42.GM South America Technical focal point for the Tyre & Wheel assembly and Filling process. Engineer responsible for setup up the process and all equipment (nutrunners, assembly fixtures, lift assist, reaction arm, etc.) between Overhead Line and Flat Top line for new Cruze vehicle.Responsible to define and improve the previous fluid filling process by installing new equipment with four different types of fluids (Air Conditioning / Windshield Washer / Coolant / Power Steering) on the same Mobil station. Success development and implementation of a new Flexible Multi-Spindle tool (Atlas Copco) to assembly four or five bolts/nuts for the Tire & Wheel Assembly to avoid overhead line expansion and custom design solution for half shaft tightening with the same tooling for different concepts of design.Design review, development and commissioning the complete new Engine & Transmission Dress up Assembly Line with 15 work stations to accommodate new design and current model. That included a new Engine tool tray, Special Tooling, special grease applicator and Lift Assists for Engine and Transmission. The project was built with local and international suppliers (Dürr) for 40 Jobs/HHead to modify the Chassis assembly sequence to meet the global Bill of Process (BOP).Planning and execution of all equipment and process relocations on the weekends and plant shutdown without production loss after line and building expansion.GM Argentina President's Award to work with Opel Germany on the Buy off and Bill of Equipment (BOE) approval after Global technical requirements deviation to purchase a retained complete line at Schenck Germany due to the European Union sanctions against Russia as result the machine was successfully installed on time at GM Argentina and kept the Global Tracking Board on time.Project Coordination in charge to modify the program and hardware with Fives Supplier (France) for the new AC filling machines to eliminate the nitrogen humidity pre-check in consequence I got the reduction from eight cylinders to two cylinders of 50L of nitrogen per month.

Responsible to rework and install the US$ 0.8M Wheel & Tire sub-assembly line (new conveyors, Mount, inflate and balance machines) for the new midsize truck with Local and Italian Supplier (Cemb).Developed and implemented the new Rear Axle sub-assembly line with 100% Error proofing.Planned, developed and commissioned the new sub-assembly work station of ABS Brake system and Steering column with Poka Yoke of 100% of the assemblies.Development and installation the new Ergonomic Lift Assist for the old and new models of rear box (Colorado). Planning and Execution Engineer in charge of all requirements as fastening tools, fixtures, etc. for the Cargo Box, Wheel & Tyre, Engine Dress up and Rear Axle Assembly Lines.Success implementation of a new Multi-spindle tool (Atlas Copco) to assembly the Rear Axle.Planned, developed and commissioned the new Engine tool tray for current and new engines and transmissions.Development, technical review and installation of eight Lift Assists for Wheel, Tyre, radiator and Bumper supplied by Dalmec Company (Italian Company).Slow build readiness of TrailBlazer and Colorado at Pre-Production Operations.Responsible for share best practices and tools drawings with GM Thailand.

Planning and Execution Engineer responsible to modify the process to attend all Engineering Changes and New Model year for the rear axle, front suspension, engine and transmission sub-assembly lines for Zafira, Corsa, Meriva and Agile vehicles.Planning, development and commissioning of a new US$1.3M Front Suspension Line developed by American Supplier (Fori Automation) at GM Rosario plant.Development custom-designed solution by Lübbering and Jemms-Cascade (German and American Suppliers) for electric Nutrunners with Atlas Copco and Bosch Suppliers.Responsible to modify and rework (US$0.35M) the tooling, press machines, automatic fastening equipment, etc. to meet new technical requirements for the new vehicle model at Front Suspension Line (SJC Car plant).
