I made and served gelato and boutique chocolates for a local family owned business. As the only worker in the store, I was responsible for production, packaging, and customer service.

I created digital drawings for elements of an architectural plan. I was exposed to the diverse facets of an architectural project, from design and conception to mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering. I attended weekly team meetings to discuss project modifications and progress. I researched building codes and local regulations to ensure possible projects would be approved. I conducted market research to identify potential clients based on predetermined factors.
