Revenue Management Responsibilities over Brasil Properties - Belmond Copacabana Palace & Belmond Hotel das Cataratas

Left job voluntarily to fulfil personal plans in excellent standing with a track record of success and excellent recommendations.Responsibilities over pricing strategy, distribution and revenue management for Grand Hyatt Santiago (310 keys), and Hyatt Place Santiago Vitacura (160 keys).Provide the hotel’s Executive Team guidance to develop long-term strategies and short-term tactics to increase the hotel’s overall revenues to maximize profit.Develop integrated solutions that enable the hotel to leverage increased profitability via Business Intelligence and Revenue Management practices, with focus on revenue engineering for the various profit centers of the hotel such as Rooms, Catering, and Spa.Prepare weekly and monthly room’s forecast through the use of Business Intelligence and Revenue Management applications as well as conduct Weekly Yield Meetings, presenting the upcoming strategies for the different areas of opportunities.Recommend and implement the hotel’s pricing and distribution plan for all distribution channels, and insure rates and special offers are in line with the hotel’s overall pricing guidelines.Maximize revenue and yield through business trend analytics, highlighting areas of opportunity while ensuring delivery and maintenance of optimum data mining.Monitor and provide feedback on the hotel’s effective use of systems, tools and procedures in areas of business intelligence, revenue management, inventory management and dynamic pricing to maximize the hotel competitive advantage in the marketplace.Collaborate with the Director of Marketing & Sales in the strategic direction of the Sales Team by assisting the Sales Managers with their personal business plans and key account management.Actively participate in the formulation and submission of Annual Business Plan and Budgeting process.Responsibility over a team formed by a Reservations Manager, an Assistant Manager and four Reservations Agents.
