Proud of 20 years experience in the chemical industry; my professional background could be summerized as "scientific rigor and interpersonal skills to serve Business".Process Engineer during the first 5 years of my career, I then wanted to put "euros" behind "kilograms" and "kilowatts", which took me to a very fruitful Industrial Business Control experience followed by increasing Technical Sales responsibilities between 2007 and 2019. During this period I was successively Area Manager, Technical Sales Manager, Technical Director, Sales Director and Global Business Manager; dealing with customers such as worldwide Best-In-Class Engineering companies and Oil & Gas majors (both IOCs and NOCs).In 2019, I joined Bostik and the exciting world of Adhesives where I manage a team of Product Managers on several Product Lines.Besides robust professional knowledge, each position gave me opportunities to developp specific skills in line with my values, which are Listenning, Integrity, Trust and Team Spirit.Today, still curious about everything, I am happy to put my experience at the service of motivating challenges and projects that require cross-functional management to "build something useful and great".
