During my internship I was able to understand and learn in practice more about the routine of an Multinacional Manufacturing Industry, relationship between diffferent areas and how the lean manufaturing tools help the company to achieve better results.Achievements/Tasks• Development of continuous improvement projects and conducting Gemba Walk with the team.• Review of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and team training.• Monitoring production and maintenance KPIs, entering data into SAP.• As responsible for managing energy consumption at the industrial plant, I performed an analysis of 2 years database of electricity indicators, resulting in savings of R$ 160,000.00 with an energy optimization project. In addition, I determined the plant's consumption profile and identified an additional savings potential of approximately R$ 10,000.00/year.
