I have started in this company from selling at a store, then managing it and ultimately opening & supervising multiple outlets across Beirut.Achievements- Grew the business from 1 to 6 successful shops and implemented a POS system for every shop.- Achieved 98% positive client satisfaction rate across our outlets and our delivery business. - Grew the delivery income stream from 5 per day to 100 per day in less than 7 years. (Revenue x12)- Decreased the delivery time by half (40 min  to less than 20 min) in under 2 years.- Drastically improved our customer service by putting in place a proper client relations’ & complain department.Responsibilities• Studied various locations and selected the best one  leading to the opening of 6 shops.• Hired, trained and monitored around 20 employees from scratch and on a day-to-day basis.• Established a delivery business to cover areas of Beirut where B.I.C outlets were not present.• Designed the company’s 1st complaint management system and introduced several improvements.• Implemented a state of the art POS system (Omega Software) from A to Z.• Mentored and coached key employees to supervisory roles (Outlet Manager).• Negotiated and managed all premise permits, lease agreements and HSE policies, in line with regulations.• Oversaw employees’ payroll, and singlehandedly conducted bookkeeping for our 6 outlets.• Played a key role in implementing the company 1st digital / online presence (website / Social Media).• Developed brand new products to strengthen our winter cycle and reduce seasonal fluctuations.

After securing franchise rights for B.I.C, I have set up my first store from scratch (from the business plan to studying the best location, and supervising the store’s operations on a daily basis.).
