The goal of the platform is to facilitate the decision making of high schoolers, when they are making their course choices, by directly putting them in touch with college students.I monitored and improved processes in the back office, in order to reach targeted KPIs.

Intern at the Electrical Systems division : my mission was to help improve the modification process of the electric parts of a helicopter, which was obsolete.To achieve this, I had to : • Assess the current situation• Organize workshops with the different actors of the process, in order to brainstorm on the possible improvements• Meet with the different service heads (Supply Chain, Program Management, Production, Sales) to validate the new process

I interned in the Mechanical Ground Support Equipment division : my mission was to create a pedagogical film for factory workers showing the functioning of a machine they have to use (this machine is used to position and assemble the panels of a satellite).This film also underlines the precise protocol they have to follow while manipulating the equipment.
