• Coordination of 7 resources in the commercial processes area.• Leadership in the implementation of a project to optimize offered courses, through a revenue vs faculty cost calculator per SKU.• Responsible for managing the OPEX/CAPEX of the area (15MM per year).• Leadership in managing the policy/budget for scholarships and discounts, bringing an annual saving of 10MM without burdeningrevenue.• Leadership in the readjustment of virtual service flows, using Bots, reducing physical points, and digitizing the entiredepartment.

• Responsible for designing the student retention roadmap, focused on reducing attrition through better use of Scholarships andDiscounts, maximizing revenue by the end of the year.• Team member in the implementation of SalesForce CRM for the sales funnel of FMU and Anhembi universities (+200k students)• Responsible for communicate the strategic goals to Digital, Contact Center, and customer service channels.
