In the scope of an In-Company project to end my degree in the Vlerick Business School, Antoine Maindiaux & I spent 2 months as innovation consultants in the Strategy & Innovation department of Elia working on a project called "Technology Watch: Design and implementation of an innovative process to facilitate technology-linked information management”.During this project, the following tasks were performed: -Interviewed more than 30 professionals of other companies about their knowledge of Technology Watch processes inside their company.-Based on the best practices, recommendations were drawn for a future implementation inside the company.-Launch a beta version of the Technology Watch to enhance the communication inside the department about the future trends of the sector.
