- Managing a team of staff covering both standard & special contracts and logistics of WEG products that includes:* Orders between customers, local partners and WEG Middle East FZE;* Orders between WEG Middle East FZE and the respective WEG manufacturing plants.- Working as part of the WEG Middle East Senior Team covering the whole MENA region.- Managing the finance reports regarding contractual deliverables (Payables / Receivables).- Financial Contract Management - recovery of payments and monitoring of outstanding debt.- Logistics and shipping documentation management.- Interaction with main manufacturing facilities, both on a commercial and technical level.- Reporting to the Contracts Manager regarding orders received and orders delivered.- Ensuring all information is provided as required regarding Receivables / Payables to the Finance Manager.- Customers Follow-up on the status of contracts, and meetings with customers to discuss ongoing activities, especially large OEM's and Distributors.- Reviewing / Reporting of contract milestones and WEG performance indicators to contract.- Re-negotiation of contract terms with customers.- Developing contractual monitoring metrics, such as inventory level and aging, delivery time and margins.- Ensuring correct & on time documentation / deliverables.- Managing the logistics and shipping activities of the 3rd party warehouse.- Working with the Sales Manager to ensure smooth handover of orders.

Main duties:- Project analysis and preparation of final technical and commercial offers for WEG Distributors from all the Gulf Region.- Providing Engineering and Technical support to Customers for Product modifications, upgrades and clarifications, - Design and technical document control, verification, approval, distribution and validation;- Negotiating Prices, tender and contract terms and conditions in order to meet both customer and company needs;- Coordinating with factory on challenging inquiries and input data for product development so as to ensure the customer needs are met for future opportunities as well;- Interfacing and maintaining a positive business relationship with Customers, Representatives and Branches;- Coordination and follow up with respective factory for production status, completion and logistic related matters;- Orders processing and handover to Contracts / Logistics Team.

• Communicating professionally and effectively with key customers across the Middle East Region to develop strong relationships and increase sales revenue;• Successfully negotiating and procuring international sales contracts with high profile customers and cost effective purchase contracts with suppliers to line with corporate policy; • Collaborating with Branch Administrators to oversee the lifecycle of the purchasing process; adhering to all international compliance with regard to trade in line with business objectives• Performing thorough and meticulous research and analysis of key financial indicators for high profile international accounts;• Overseeing all accounts receivable processes and procedures; ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies to meet deadlines;• Undertaking the administration of sales and purchase contracts and completing the credit and profile analysis of customers.Key Achievement:• Leading the successful Implementation of SAP B1 in the Dubai branch and successfully completing the project.

- Experience of one year at WEG's branch in India as the Finance Assistant Manager.• Taking an analytical approach to utilize modern methods of analysis and identify key financial projections based on critical business information;• Liaising internationally across multiple regional branches to provide financial support as well as working capital management;• Preparing detailed and meticulous reports and documentation with remarks and recommendations which were key to decision makers in future planning;• Ensuring Systems Applications Products (SAP) are secure and that integrity of data is achieved in adherence to corporate and regulatory compliance.Key Achievement:• Chosen to fulfill a year-long position as the India Brach Finance Assistant Manager.
