• Technical site manager of the Cortaillod cabling factory (25 hectares and 130 production machines). In charge of implementation and monitoring the maintenance strategy. Perform energy optimization, technical and safety upgrades to machines and buildings.• Responsible for investments and technical office, budget and indirect production cost tracking.• Project Manager during the industrial transfer of 76 production machines from Breitenbach to Cortaillod.

• Supported business development with other equipment manufacturers by defining service strategy and contracts throughout EMEA and Emerging Markets. Assessed direct and indirect sales deals for the service department and reviewed the TCO figures.• Formed and supervised the “EMEA Technology Centre”, which is a multidisciplinary and multicultural team, responsible for converting a sales lead into a deal by performing live demonstrations and benchmarks.• From February 2011 until July 2013 added on to the daily tasks, project manager in charge of combining Kodak EMEA HQ office (Geneva, Gland, Zurich) and European demonstration centre (Brussels, London, Gland) into a new building in Nyon, Switzerland. This was delivered on time and within the defined budget €6.3M. Excellent feed back from top management, sales force, partners and visitors.

• Managed and restructured the European Kodak industrial inkjet service department with more than 100 employees. Managed P&L with dashboard and KPI’s. Optimized efficiency and customer satisfaction by replacing managers and team-leaders, reducing head counts (-20%), reduced spare parts and implemented processes in line with the technology and customers expectations. Respected the budget, kept costs below $30M, revenue at $45M and excellent feedback from customers.

• In charge of the technical ink jet support. Successfully implemented a centralised structure (23 specialists), to support our customer and area service engineers with immediate 24 hours/365 days interventions. Improved KPI's and reduced emergency calls.• In charge of customer production optimisation. Assessment of customer entire hardware workflow and processes, to optimise his productions with the ink jet technology. This service improved production, reduced costs and increased customer faithfulness.• Managed the training department, which adapted their outlines for customer operators, our sales team and service engineers on existing and new products.• Modified the European delivery and commissioning processes, including contract signature and guaranteeing equipment revenue recognition. Structured the operation team and order administration department to deliver best in class service.

• Sales support for the Nordics and Eastern Europe. Responsible for all equipment installations of the inkjet printing solutions group from delivery to revenue recognition in collaboration with local sales and service. Projects vary from one week to several months (equipment value from €1M to €20M).

• Installing, commissioning and on site troubleshooting of digital printing presses.
