BA on several Paperless projects-eNotary project related to the Long - term eSignature for banking contracts and transactions -Dematerialization of private banking and HR processes Main tasks performed-Understand the core business and the needs of my client through the organization of workshops, interviews, meetings with the relevant stakeholders -Formalize the request in a high-quality detailed business document gathering the necessary information (use cases, process flows, deep analysis of needs,…) to create the new IT applications/modules -Liaise with developers and IT analysts (back-end/front-end) to implement the necessary changes-Coordinate the Test Phase: definition of test case scenarios, testing, support to the developers-Provide continuous feedback to the core team members and work in close partnership with the project manager during the lifecycle of the project

In charge of managing 2 phone's applications, BCO and BCR, for the retail and private banking network.Those applications enable the routing of clients external -, emergency-, security-, intra - branches calls towards the right branch and advisor. Main tasks performed- Challenge business (marketing, sales) requests for developing new enhancements- Assessment of potential provider's solutions and then negotiation to get the best proposals (quality/time/price)- Held meetings- AMS, PEG, Steering Telephony - to discuss wished improvements and proposed solutions studied with providers, incidents and resolutions undertaken- Daily follow - up of network incidents and demands- Close collaboration with technical analysts and process officers to ensure proper developments are realized in due time
