Key accomplishment in forecasting methodology review and lessons learned meeting for best practices library. On top of that, also directly responsible for developing the project database and project reports using queries, macros and VB.

Assigned to support the delivery of sub-projects and work streams related to a revolutionary transport procedure. My activities were focused on developing a PRINCE2 document library to ensure an effective RAID log and methodology, Planning and controlling scope, resources, budget, quality, and risks. In addition of that, also supported the governance agenda, monitoring and updating the agreed delivery plans, and key dependencies to ensure milestones are achieved. Special attention dedicated to critical paths and communication plan, providing the project team with periodic status reports, action log and project changes control.

Recently relocated to the UK, my first mission was to support the Service desk and field services coordination, scheduling services installation and event management support. Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure that all required equipment and spare are planned and in place ready for the activity. As a result and contribution we have increased customer satisfaction and adopted a process for continuous improvement across the business. Additional activities: budget and resources forecast, demand planning, executive dashboard, cost control, KPIs, and billing.

During these 8 years, I was directly overseeing the planning and deployment of equipment and services - Focus on 2G/ 3G/ 4G Mobile network deployments (Access and Core), Broadband (FTTH and xDSL), DTH TV and Transport (SDH, PTN, DWDM). During this assignment, special attention was also dedicated to supporting the procurement process establishing new bridges in ongoing competitions and RFPs, always considering potential synergies with any other active process. Manage project portfolio cycle and business units relationships since Demand Management to Projects Management, including Business Plan approval cycle. Adopted criteria into a continuous cycle, allocating resources, and developing a dashboard for executives providing a quick view of main projects.

Engaging with Marketing team made this a natural career path. Proposal here as Product Manager was to develop and support a portfolio roadmap - tools, processes and pricing included. Activities also include pre-sales and commercial support through training and clear commercial guidelines.I was also in charge of ensuring projects the appropriate governance considering fixed and mobile networks, by overseeing a specialist’s team and developing access solutions by fortifying and maintaining relationships with partners - universities, content developers and integrators.

The foundation on my network planning experience. As a part of planning team, I was responsible for developing network solutions focusing on mobile access and core. Drilling it down, focused on SDH/PDH radios and optical networks transport solutions. I was also asked to develop and agree on network KPIs with the operations team, defining standards on documentation needs and handover requirements. On the top of that, usually also supporting field activities according to implementation and commissioning needs.During this stage, I was assigned to support product development Team along Marketing, working on research of new mobile technologies and services as Integration of telemetry systems and new mobile payment methods using mobile devices.As an accomplishment - worked directly on 1st GSM network launch in South America, since network planning to implementation. Fantastic experience!

That's an interesting one. I was selected as Engineer Trainee into company's Technical Development Program and assigned to oil production and exploration offshore - different vessels and platforms: Barge, FPSO and semi Sub in production fields.Worked in France and overseas in Africa (multiple assignments) and USA. As a result, an interesting and intensive hands on experience in operations, maintenance and navigation departments. Considering the life stage, a solid passage developing myself as professional and human being.
