Or as my mom used to say: "Creating Trends."At UFMG, it was no different; I quickly sought out the organizations that would lead me to leadership:🎟️In the world of events, I joined the athletic organization until I became one of the top managers of the Chamado do Grifo;💼In the business realm, I pursued a commercial career in the Junior Enterprise, starting as a Hunter, then Closer... until I reached the Vice Presidency, followed by the Presidency.At the time, we were the second largest in BH and the surrounding region, and I took advantage of the lockdown to spread the company's name by conducting training sessions across the country, using strategic methods guided by PDCA, KPIs, and OKRs.     At IEBT, I learned about the Growth area with the former LinkedIn Manager of Aaron Ross, focusing on creating hybrid campaigns.
