Legal representative of the company with CREA and other class entities, financial institutions, banks, clients and suppliers. • Reporting to the holding company in Brazil and counting on a team of more than 130 collaborators among engineers, technicians, analysts and administrators focused on engineering and IT projects for the Oil and Gas, Electric Energy, Defense, Mining and General Industries. • We drive the complete restructuring of the old company, as a result of the recent acquisition process by Engie Brasil, according to the new controller standards. We have made a broad set of administrative, operational, and strategy changes that have completely changed the company's profile and results.

Directly responsible for results in this market segment in Brazil, directing teams involved in the execution of projects, engineering, preparation of bids, after-sales and sales. High points in the period from 2005 to 2011:• Reporting to the VP Brazil, was responsible for a team of approximately 130 professionals, including 12 project managers, 5 department managers, and 64 high-level engineers and analysts. • 134% increase in sales volume and 288% increase in audited gross margin for the unit over the period.• Accrued bookings for the period of R$ 407 million, representing a growth of 250% compared to the portfolio taken over in 2005.• Leveraging of sales in the Brazilian market: sales of the Energy and Environment Unit accounted for approximately 40% of the company’s business in Brazil in 2005. In 2011, it represented over 70%.• The Unit had permanent teams in five Brazilian states and international projects in Chile, Libya, Ecuador, and Peru.

Responsible for a team of project managers and for allocation of other available technical and human resources among various projects in progress. • Reporting to the Director of the Energy and Environment Business Unit in Brazil.• Structuring of a high-performance team of 55 people, including 6 project managers and 29 engineers. • Establishment of partnerships with suppliers and partners that paved the way for significant business opportunities for the company, such as: Comgás Control Center, Automation of the Petrobras Platform at the RNCE Unit (the company's first project for Petrobras) as well as mobile, fixed, and data communication systems at the Autódromo, Grajaú, and Jurubatuba train stations for São Paulo Metropolitan Train Company-CPTM, which opened doors for the company in the subway-railway segment in Brazil.• First project in the Water area in Brazil: Belo Horizonte Metropolitan Region Control Center for Copasa. • Creation and organization of the Engineering and After-Sales departments. Restructuring of the department for bid preparation.
