Digital Marketing StrategistThe Law Society Of New South Wales Jan 2017 - Jun 2018Sydney, Australia• Co-leading the Law Society new website project with IT department. Every aspect had to be conducted to ensure the new website adhere to our brand and content strategy while respecting business requirements and user’s expectations;• Collaborating with our web agency to conduct the website project which included gathering the Business requirements, designing for a premium user experience (steps: user research, persona development, information architecture, wireframes, designs), organising the content migration (old website audit, content refresh, migration onto new website). One of the main goal was to reduce the amount of pages and only keep the most valuable and up to date content. We went from 5000 pages to 400 and the entire website has been reviewed by each department. After 18 months work, the launched lawsociety.com.au on April 2018 was a success as most of the feedback from our audience was very positive.• Setting up and managing Google and LinkedIn advertising strategies for our professional development courses. Our CTR was between 4% and 7% for both Google and LinkedIn and we’ve seen an increase of 20% in sales. • Conducting an audit of all our e-communications and developing a new strategy (New responsive templates for consistency and better user experience, segmentation to ensure we have better targeted messages…), Our average open rate went from an average of 40% to 50% on our main newsletters.• Developing a segmentation strategy to develop our different services and tailor our communications in line with our members’ different needs. The new website and the newsletters were the first to benefit from this strategy and our member satisfaction rose tangibly.• Establishing a marketing strategy for the Law Society Dining Room. The dining room has been open for decades but no strategy was in place. I focused the work around menu, decoration, promotion and pricing. The patronage increased and became more diverse (younger and more feminine than it was). -
