With over 10 years of experience in customer service, concierge service, sales and delivery, I have developed strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills that enable me to provide excellent service to our customers and partners.As part of my professional development, I have recently obtained seven Cisco certifications: Networking Basics, Networking Essentials, Introduction to Packet Tracer, Introduction to IoT, Network Addressing and Basic Troubleshooting, Network Technician Career Path and became Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). These certifications demonstrate my proficiency in Cisco networking, Cisco routers, and Cisco systems products. ITIL 4 Foundation certification proves my knowledge of the ITIL framework. I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to real-world scenarios. I am eager to leverage my technical skills and customer service background in a junior network engineer role, where I can contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of network systems and solutions.
