Mine Control, Support And Contracts Lead
CurrentDevelopment of all mine operations expense and capital budgets, including workforce planning and implement cost saving improvements.Accountable for training, instruction, development and supervision of employees, Conduct crew meetings, pre and post shift meetings, lead monthly meetings as required evaluating the main area KPIs – safety, environment, costs, team building, improvements and adherence to the project plan.Control the asset and operator utilization in a shift basis; analyze data to identify opportunities and implement improvement and provide clear analytics and reports to company leadership to support prioritization decisions for mine operationsResponsible for define technical specs and provide effective performance and administrative support to mine service contracts.Plan, schedule and deliver work for planned and responsive facilities maintenance and workplace adjustments and reallocation as required.Investigate incidents, near misses, and damage or delays, to ensure that proper procedures are carried out.
