Experience of 22 years with a diverse set of pedagogical approaches ranging from materials writer of English to teaching Mathematics, Science and Design to middle school students in bilingual or MYP schools. A former teacher who is passionate about teaching kids and teens; and now faculty members. In times of pandemic, facing the challenges of remote education has brought me to a complete new context. Consequently, it has given me the chance of learning much from the virtual tools for both synchronous and asynchronous learning processes. In 2021, I took over the implementation of the MYP program together with my supervisor. We have managed to reach the established goal with 'no matters to be addressed' (NMTBA) through an online process. As the MYP Service Learning Coordinator, I am supposed to focus on the MYP Guidelines, such as professional development workshops, class observations and feedback, summative assessment proofreading, adapting assessments for children with special needs and most importantly, offering private meetings with educators who need clarification and support while putting the teaching and learning approaches into practice.I am mesmerised by the potential of student–centered approaches, guided group work, Problem & Project Based Learning and by how the development of metacognition can enhance pupils' performances. I was also trained and became part of the ManageBac implementation team.
