Coming from a technical and engineering background, my passion is to understand the human groups as systems that can be diagnosed, engineered and optimized. I believe AI can be used to create augmented collective intelligence, instead of only focusing on replacement of existing tasks. I work on making large organizations more adaptive to today's exponential changes by working on their variations (cross-functional organizations). "If companies were functions, cross-functional organizations within would be elements of their derivative" My expertise lies in constructing organizations where collaboration transcends traditional boundaries—bridging teams, locations, functions, departments, and silos. Mutualization of assets, interoperability, and cross knowledge sharing are the usual benefits. I am particularly passionate about cultivating international and multi-site cooperation within corporate environments. One of the goals is to integrate, as seamlessly as possible, collective human potential with AI capabilities.In 2022, I founded KOMYU, an AI-native consulting firm dedicated to uniting individuals across silos to drive impactful transformations. Previously, in 2018, I launched #OpenSeriousGame, a non-profit organization devoted to viral knowledge transfer through open-source workshops and live serious games.
