• As part of the brand new Renault Software Factory, I am in charge of leading the specification, development and validation of the cockpit and the multimedia Human Machine Interface (HMI) for all the vehicles of the Group.• I oversee close to 200 people throughout the world with the objective of delivering the best-in-class HMI for our new vehicles, and being the first generalist OEM to deliver a fully integrated Google Automotive multimedia system.• My responsibilities include people management, prepare and manage a multi-million-euro budget, build a strong relationship with our suppliers and transition the organization to support the Software Defined Vehicle requested by our CEO.

• Lead all development-related activities of the Human Machine Interface (HMI) of the new generation of Multimedia systems based on Android Automotive. 7 development teams, 70+ people.• Set up the organization in a new Department dedicated to onboard software development, deployment of an agile organization and mindset to drive the development and validation of best-in-class connected products and services.• Deputy to the Alliance Global Director, in charge of managing the department's budget, setting up and following up on suppliers' contracts and leading the teams.

• Management of the teams (~25 people) responsible for scoping and leading all digital projects interacting with vehicles (on- and off-board applications, websites, personal assistants…) for all the brands of the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance, on a worldwide scope.• Organization setup, definition and deployment of the operating processes and decision boards for this activity.• Cross-departments coordination and promotion of the department’s activity to our internal and external partners (France, Korea, Japan, UK, USA, India, Hong Kong).

• Management of the team (~12 people) in charge of the design, development, roll-out and maintenance of applications and connected services embedded in Renault vehicles.• Functional management of the development & test teams in our Indian subsidiary (~15 FTE).• Management of external suppliers, budget and coordination of all internal teams involved in connected services development (Sales & Marketing, Aftersales, Engineering, Quality, Helpline…)

In charge of building, deploying and maintaining the Renault R-Link Application Store, the onboard and offboard store for vehicles equipped with the R-Link Android multimedia system. This is a multi-million euro worldwide program part of the core strategy of Renault to build innovative solutions for its customers. Renault is the first car manufacturer in the world to include an application store directly in the vehicle. The application store is available in more than 30 countries and 25 languages.My responsabilities include managing all the internal and external resources involved in this program (engineering, IT, marketing, sales, hardware provider, telematic platform provider...), designing new features, coordinating testing phases and deployments, defining and deploying new processes regarding applications validation and publication and setting up customer support. I am also already working on the next generation of onboard multimedia systems and planning new features in the Application store to support it.

New PDM Project Manager• In charge of including the documentation production process of all engineering departments into the new PDM program (major evolution of the Renault Product Data Management software)Innovation & Exchanges Optimisation Manager• In charge of the IS topics in a confidential partnership project with an foreign manufacturer: coordination of tasks with my peers, follow-up of internal studies, gathering of business high-level requirements and setting up of a common project office out of the country.• Responsible for the organisation of the “Euromed JAM”: an online collaborative tool with the objective of gathering innovative ideas on strategic topics over a 3-day event. Coordination of the various IT departments involved, management of the IBM contractors and knowledge capitalisation. - 11,000 users in 5 countries. 200 k€ budget.• Member of the Prostep iVip workgroup, with the objective of studying new technical data exchange standards for the design office & engineering systems.

Responsible for the PLM « Product Life Management » domain• Definition, development and deployment of a complete Bill of Material (BOM).
