• 18 years of experience as a business systems analyst.• 1-2 years of experience as a product owner.• 5 years as a team leader and 9 years of hands-on experience in Oracle CRM including business analysis, documentation, testing, integration, training and customizations in Oracle CRM platform for the largest Oil & Gas retail and distribution company in Latin America. • Comprehensive knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle using Waterfall and Agile. • Liaison between stakeholders, clients, vendors and technical teams eliciting requirements, creating functional documents, user stories, technical and test documents. Involvement in UAT and client training sessions, creation of user manuals, application setups, troubleshooting and customer support. Creation of customized reports from database queries using SQL.• Excellent communication, presentation, teamwork and analytical skills. • Excellent time management and organizational skills.• Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.• Motivated, proactive and detail-oriented.• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
