MY EXPERIENCE IN DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT— With over 10 years of experience in digital project management, I am comfortable in organizing projects and managing various teams. Depending on the context and my clients’ needs, I can take on different roles: project director, PMO, project manager, or product manager.— For the real estate development company Icade, I led a large-scale IT transformation project. Working with a team of 5 to 10 experts, I organized the deployment of a new data infrastructure and the development of a Single Customer View (SCV).— For the public institution EPMO, I managed the redesign of the websites for the Musée d’Orsay and the Musée de l’Orangerie, as well as the creation of the institution’s own website. This project, with a significant budget and tight time constraints, required me to implement a new operational structure to coordinate multiple teams (~15 people) simultaneously. Additionally, I was responsible for advising the digital management team and reporting directly to the president.— At the WNP 909 agency, I led web development projects. I worked closely with various creative, technical, and management teams to first present innovative concepts to our clients and then ensure their delivery. I handled a wide range of technical challenges (mobile apps, Facebook apps, brand platforms, ERP systems, VR experiences, etc.) across diverse industries (hospitality, banking, watchmaking, automotive, telecom, etc.).
