Ciklum is the global software development company with 2800+ employees worldwide providing its customers with unique staffing solutions as well as complex solutions in software development, QA and IoT.During 11,5 years dedicated to Ciklum I was responsible for operations of Kharkiv, Vinnitsa and Lviv development centers in Ukraine and was the director of Ciklum Sp z.o.o. (Ciklum entity in Poland) with 2 development centres: in Gdańsk and in Wrocław. During my career at Ciklum I was able to establish Kharkiv branch operations, facilitate extensive growth of Vinnitsa and Lviv (more than 50% headcount increase) as well as managed to establish Company operations in Poland (from 0 to almost 100 employees less than in a year). I was also responsible for operations in Donetsk branch for 2 years until we had to move all of the activities out of this location.At the time of my departure from the Company there were 43 administrative employees under my supervision and 500+ FTEs in “production” in all of the respectful locations.My responsibilities were divided into 3 main parts:Operations management:- Performing the role of Ciklum Sp. z o.o. director.- Managing local operations teams in branches- Following global Ciklum policies.- Adjustment of global policies and standards to local realities and legislation- Aligning office space with growth; Planning expansions / decrease- Managing branches budgets;- Working out Branches operations contingency;- Ensures high standard of all of the office facilitiesDelivery unit management in respectful locations:- Coordinate daily/weekly delivery unit tasks in respectful locations - Ensures that functions compliant to global Ciklum standard;- Manage services deviations;- Collaborate on urgent customer/team related issues;Business Development:- Pre-Sales activities- Customer’s custom solutions- Elaborating and keeping to accounts strategy- Facilitating Client’s on site visits
