Customer service and the coordination of call outs for service engineers. This involves troubleshooting and aid over the phone/e-mail, liasing with customers about potential issues and addressing queries with the pneumatic/hydraulic equipment. It’s a fast-paced environment often with service level agreements to keep to and continuously updating various systems.

Similarly to my work at Mulberry, I was trained in how to create various styles of bags, accessories and had a small role aiding in the design of fur sheepskin bags.

Worked up the factory line beginning at the preparation stage and made my way up to first in line cutting the leather for the handbags. I now have knowledge of a range of different leathers including goatskin and snakeskin. I was trained to cut the bags in various styles to a high standard. I worked at several different stations helping when required but my main job was as a ‘Cutter’. The job required high attention to detail and dexterity.

I was a sculptor of my own artwork. I also worked for Opus Studio, mould making and casting in metal resins. I’m trained in silicone moulding and fibreglass laminating; creating moulds and casting in metal resins/fibreglass/carbon fibre for various artists, from the initial creation of the mould through to finishing the final piece.
