About Alexandria Eberhardt, Ms, Mba

Foremost and always I consider myself an educator. In my current role, I work to help build and strengthen the economic development of the state. This is done through strategic partnerships with local, state, and national partners to foster industry growth, and working to build an ecosystem of workforce and community development to support the growth. Prior to this role running the Chamber, I worked with State of Rhode Island employers, hiring managers, academic institutions, and statewide conveners to help get Rhode Islander's employed or skilled-up into well-paying careers during Covid. With an education focused mindset, I have sought out opportunities to create stronger and every growing positive learning environments for students and learners during transitional times. I have actively worked with numerous institutional departments on evaluating student success, curriculum design and implementation, accommodations, at-risk behaviors, and institution-wide initiatives. I believe that providing a professional or student learner with the best education and training experience available promotes a better sense of overall community, commitment, personal holistic growth, and fosters better performance and retention. In my spare time I love going and supporting the arts. I am an avid fan of musical theater (season tickets...woot woot), the symphony, opera and all things performance art related. I also love the outdoors and all the activities it provides from kayaking in the beautiful ocean to hiking the nearest trails. Strengths Finder:✦ Strategic✦ Activator✦ Woo✦ Communication✦ Achiever
