I am passionate about telling impactful stories through data analyses, and care deeply about empowering everyone involved in the research process. I have a decade’s worth of experience conducting quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods research utilizing diverse methodology, statistical analyses, and forms of dissemination. In my current position at dscout, I specialize in overseeing international, multi-country, multi-language projects from beginning to end that include qualitative comparative analysis components. I also co-chair dscout's inclusion committee to create and enact data-driven initiatives geared toward promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across the company. My background in healthcare, DEI-service, as well as academic, community, and UX research, has positioned me to be particularly skilled at translating research findings to applied settings and vice-versa, all while working within flexible and varied timelines from research conceptualization to shareout.
