I worked as a payments clerk at Saltgate during my year out before starting my degree. This was to gain experience in a corporate job and to save some money to help me through university. This job allowed me to see what it is like to work in an office environment as well as working from home. It allowed me to become a lot more independent and to gain more confidence in myself.

This was my first part-time job, it allowed me to improve vital skills e.g. communication, customer service etc. It also allowed me to understand what it is like to have a job which helped me to build confidence that I was lacking before.
