Growing up I knew I wanted to help people, but I didn't know how. Throughout my academic career at both the University of Vermont and the University of Minnesota I have narrowed my focus on helping couples and individuals. As a passionate advocate for mental and sexual health, I am dedicated to fostering positive transformations in individuals and couples through the lens of sex therapy.
