- Delivering a cultural and historical introduction to countries and conducting city tours which includes public speaking; thorough and accurate research (sometimes at short notice) and reading your audience and adapt spiels in order to get them interested. - Communicating with people of all ages, cultures. - Keeping trip accounts, handling cash and working within a budget.- Working individually with a group or in a team with staff on the tour and behind the scenes as well as liaising with suppliers, restaurants and accommodations.- Flexibility and Problem Solving when itinerary changes occur due to unexpected circumstances or when there is an emergency.-Get a tour group to discipline themselves in time keeping, respecting new cultures as well as their fellow travellers and for them to understand why things are run the way they are.-Making sure that they are enjoying every bit of their holiday, going above and beyond to ensure that my passengers are having the trip of a lifetime.

-Sales of make-up, skincare and fragrances in Guerlain, Dior, Thierry Mugler and Givenchy store,giving advice on product lines.-Sales of wine, advising and sharing with the customer my knowledge about French wines, and French culture while greeting Guests and receiving payments.-Responsible for merchandise replenishment in 4 shops.-Safety representative, responsible for maintaining and upholding the safety standards of the WaltDisney World Company.-Responsible for training the new Cast Members in the pavilion.
