Negotiate and sign contracts with new subditributors (Defelcom) or HoReCa outlets and secure communication platform in my designated area within set budget limits. Understand, lead, train, coach, develop, influence, retain and motivate the Subdistributor’s sales agents and supervisors in my allocated team in order to achieve optimal distribution and sale of all PPD brands. Monitor weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales and evolution of PPD brands in the market , the status of credit of subdistributors (collecting payment instruments). Negotiate sales targets (in volumes and value) , commercial policy , credit terms , payment terms and sell in / sell out discounts with the sales managers/owners from PPD partenrs. Continuously make sure that the sales team achieves an optimal coverage of the territory and permanently search for new customers, so as to increase to the full extent the product availability.
