- Responsible with price calculation depending on the purchase price, transport coefficient, currency, commercial surcharge (EXW DDU) , information received from Procurement - Sales price updates for manufactured products and sold by the company, based on the communications regarding the production cost changes and the purchase prices of the raw material. - In charge with defining new list price, managing existing group list price and special lists on trade discounts with cumulative percentage type, definition, import / export, validity for items in the company's portfolio. - Ensures all departments involved in the sales process are informed in a timely manner about price updates (for group, list and catalog prices) - Participates in setting the pricing policy for products that require a special approach. - Responsible for material master data management in SAP MM- Performing price analysis, such as: price elasticity, analysis of approved special prices, analysis of prices by group products, gross margin, margin in the list, competition, analysis of common products in the group. - Taking actions to increase the company's gross margin: campaign proposals, tracking campaign results. - Performing on demand analyzes related to the company's commercial activity (sales by areas, target achievement, sales by number of customers by discount classes). - Ensuring the confidentiality of data and information about the purchase prices of the products. - KPIs and metrics to measure the health of our revenue generation and pricing activities in Qlikview and SAP - Oversee turnover and the gross margin for clients in order to establish discount based on grouping in different classes (platinum, gold, silver) - Sales price maintenance in VK- Tracking raw material consumption and stock levels (MB51, MB52 and ME2M) and prepare a stock report based on that information - Data maintenance in DISS (Distributor Integrated Sales System)
