A word before....In the beginning of my career. I could not imagine that I would refer to Contracting, as being the legal practice area which makes me feel so accomplished and valuable as a professional. Now I can firmly state how exciting is this field, mostly by finding the perfect balance of interests between contracting parties. I believe that success of the contract negotiation process is a matter of communication. Along my experience from last years, I had the pleasure to be involved in transnational deals with world's largest companies and law firms. That has become a tendency for me which I already ,,can not get away from''. Setting out always high scale targets, looking for inexhaustible resources of knowledge and challenges is what drives me forward and this is what I am always expecting from my further career steps.The most exciting part of getting expertise in Contracting is that you actually become an expert on how any human relationship or interaction in this world actually work, you learn the principles of building a strong relationship with anybody, either this is a single person or it's a huge group or the society as a whole or even yourself as being the one who you are contracting with if we are speaking about self-development. Giving your word and making promises to the world which are actually respected, represent the fundamentals of our existence and progression. The contract in essence is the profesional and the conscious way of building a human relationship. You identify and learn how to use the leverage, but, most importantly, you also understand how your intentions shall be expressed out there so as the motivation and interest of the other party will be encouraged as well, who is your partner in fact.This perspective eventually gave me inevitably the power, the capacity and in consequence the confidence to take over more sophisticated forms of responsibilities, switching to the mode of ,,I can manage anything'' even if the project or the promise I make appear so hard to accomplish or even impossible. I understand the huge importance of my involvement right here and right now and that the people who are actually available to bring and apply the perspective I have are actually so few, even if many of them may share my position. This is how I started the real estate project described below in paralel with my ongoing activity as a lawyer and that's the way I am determined to give more and more value to the world through various postures having the biggest impact.
