Started as a process engineer for lean continuous improvement of various processes like plastic injection/ assembly /galvanic plating on plastic/ engine pipes/hoses complete processes from raw material to end user product. Moved along where needed to develop the respective department. Next step was quality assurance engineer, main responsibility was to create work instructions for the workers, manage the new product's by planning the PPAP process together with the production team, here I used different platforms to accomplish the document/measurement submission from basic excel to different application or even online by token access for German clients. Afterwards we build up together with the entire company the ISO 9001/14001, for which we have maintained the accreditation since. I moved along to project management, main responsibility track cost, collaborate with customers across the globe, transfer the products from mother company in Italy, manage the new position in the company by creating the localized documentation. From there on, I moved towards Operation Management position where I was coordinating three main areas of the company supply chain, quality, production. Afterwards I moved more in depth as supply chain manager for a certain period to further improve that area. Latest I had the opportunity to learn the commercial side of the company the past years where I had the key account manager position/sales manager where I was in direct contact with the clients and suppliers to oversee new RFQ and further business development.
