ROV, Survey and deep sea Diving Operations.Organizing subsea department, tracking assets, monitoring costs and acquisitions, keeping balance of income and expenses, budget planning, monitoring invoices received from contractors, logistics and procurement coordination, supporting and coordinating with the help of the Subsea Manager , offshore personnel and the project personnel all activities involved in the offshore operations.Responsible with Diving, ROV and Survey equipment mobilization on board the company or on contractor’s vessels and barges. Offering support for equipment calibration before each project starts, or a new boat joins the project.Keeping contact with equipment supplying companies, obtaining quotes for equipment whether rented or acquired, keeping track of rates and costs, receiving fault reports, and making sure that the supplier is aware of the state of the equipment when he receives it. Arranging supply of equipment when malfunctions occur on location. Reviewing the status of the financial balance between the company and the supplier, and making sure that we will not hit a stop point while running a project. Receiving daily progress reports, and personnel appraisals.Responsible with crew changes for project personnel. Keeping track of personnel rotation, vessel movement. Keeping in touch with crewing department for the company hired personnel, keeping contact with crewing agencies for the personnel coming from them, and with third party companies involved in operations, for good and cost effective crew changes.Constantly discussing with personnel supplying companies regarding the people that need to come off, persons that need to join the vessels, status of the financial balance between the company and the supplier, and making sure that we will not hit a stop point while running a project.
